A Space Legend - Neil Armstrong

Neil Alden Armstrong (August 5, 1930 – August 25, 2012) was the first person to walk on the Moon, as well as an American astronaut, test pilot, aerospace engineer, university professor and United States Naval Aviator. He died at age 82. He was a true "Space Legend".

Armstrong commanded the Apollo 11 spacecraft, which landed on the moon on July 20, 1969. During his three-hour walk on the moon's surface, he radioed back his famous line, "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
