If you grew up playing with LEGO say "I"! "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!"
Those were one of the best toys my parents ever bought for my siblings and I. Now what sparked this write up??? *smiling*

Last weekend, Children's Day fell on Sunday 27th May. But since it was a weekend, Children's day programs started on Saturday 26th. So I decided to take my sister and little cousins....four of them (two boys & twin girls)  for the Inspiration's Children's Day Carnival that Saturday. We had fun eating and playing all the games! Then my sister and I spotted them.....LEGO! Found out a Nigerian company, Arc-Lights Limited have a franchise with LEGO. That's totally awesome!

LEGO is a popular line of construction toys manufactured by the Lego Group, a privately held company based in Billund, Denmark. The company's flagship product, Lego, consists of colorful interlocking plastic bricks and an accompanying array of gears, minifigures and various other parts. Lego bricks can be assembled and connected in many ways, to construct such objects as vehicles, buildings, and even working robots. Anything constructed can then be taken apart again, and the pieces used to make other objects. Lego began manufacturing interlocking toy bricks in 1949, since which a global Lego subculture has developed, supporting movies, games, competitions, and five themed amusement parks. LEGOLAND is a chain of Lego-themed theme parks....looking foward to visiting one of them!

Honestly I just had to share this childhood experience. And if you never played with LEGO, please make sure your children do. LEGO brought out my siblings and I's creative sides. Am glad to say that one of my brothers is an Architect....and I dare say that LEGO helped to bring out his archi-gift *wink* @Afam

Sigh....I truly enjoyed my childhood....and I'd make sure my children do too!
